Accessories and muzzle loader orders are typically shipped within 2 business days.
Muzzleloaders can not be shipped to a PO box.
Firearm orders will be shipped as soon as an updated copy of the shipping FFL is received.

Do not accept shipment of any product if the packaging has been damaged. Once you have your item home, refunds will be issued if ALL the following are true:
• Item is returned within 30 days after purchased
• Item remains unused and with the manufacturer packaging
• Item is not a custom product or a special order
If we made errors resulting in a return, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label for the return. Otherwise, you are responsible for shipping fees and insuring the product against loss or damage during return shipping. Restocking fees do not apply if you were shipped the wrong product, if the product does not meet specifications listed on our website, or if the product was damaged during shipping. A 5% restocking fee applies to approved returns if the original packaging is not damaged and it contains all parts, product and warranty information, and tools. Additional restocking fees might be assessed upon return if any of the original packaging or contents are damaged or missing, or if the product is damaged during return shipment. We reserve the right to deny a return if products are incomplete or show signs of being used.
Once a return has been received, your refund will be processed within 10-14 business days. Refunds will be returned to the original method of payment.

Before taking a new firearm home from your local FFL dealer, take a close look at it. If anything is damaged, please contact us and leave the item with your dealer. We will work with them to arrange the appropriate replacement or refund, making everything simple for you.
